The body cannot survive without the mind. The nature
of the mind is to attach itself from one object (thought) to another. The
thoughts thrive on attention. In meditation, the thoughts are allowed to pass
through the mind, with loving kindness and non- attachment. When we don’t nourish
the thoughts with energy, they gradually slow down and with regular practice it
IS possible to have moments of silence or stillness.
