Prisoner of time

Your true potential is not limited to the mortal body restricted by the illusion of time.

Grow spiritually and enter the vastness.

You are much more than a mortal being.

Love, Light, Peace

The Rising

Caught in storm
thrown to rock bottom
died before death.

Goddess is rising
from ashes
for the new mission
Love.

Never be afraid to fall.
Never be afraid of storms.
Never be afraid to “die before death”
Rock bottom is the solid foundation of the Sacred Temple.

Phoenix is born from the ashes.

Yoga awakens the Warrior within you !!

Within each one of us is a Spiritual Warrior waiting to be awakened. Due to limited belief and conditioning, we think that we are not enough and blindly pursue momentary pleasures of the material world, to make us whole and complete.

Once the Spiritual Warrior is awakened, we remember who we really are and begin to see through the illusion and the transitory nature of everything around us. When impermanence becomes crystal clear to the eye, the Warrior, like the Eagle, rises above the storms in life, non-attached and living fully present in the moment.

I was attracted towards Yoga by it's beautiful message of “oneness”. I was more interested in the philosophy and meditation than postures but soon realized that Asana and Pranayam are as important as philosophy and meditation, to help me continue the  journey to discover my true self. Each day, each experience, is a lesson to learn, to fly above the stormy waters in life and discover who I really am. Today I am extremely grateful to all those who inspired and guided me to embark on this amazing journey of self-discovery, that made me who I am today. Namaste!!

Non attachment is never a boring life!

Non attachment does not make life boring . It actually helps to celebrate every moment of life to the fullest. The celebration is not followed by misery, as there is no attachment or expectation. I never knew what happiness was until I learned to live with non-attachment. Enjoy every moment of life you have been given to live, knowing that nothing is permanent. It is a misconception to believe that non attachment means living a boring life. It is actually the other way. One can laugh, dance, sing and play and enjoy every moment of life as there is no fear of losing anything, simply because one does not own anything. Namaste !!!

Fear & Courage

Fear is the biggest obstacle in our path. The Spiritual Warrior attains his goals, not because he has no fear but because he has the courage to face the unknown !!

Nothing really grows in the Comfort zone.
