True Healing

For years, tucked away wounds kept me a miserable victim of resentment until I was ready to dive in and address the wounds, only to discover that I WAS THE CULPRIT!

Others had nothing to do with my resentment, nothing to do with my misery. They were simply themselves! I was a victim of my own  projections and expectations!

The day I let go of resentment, my healing kicked off. Needless to say that it was a long, long, long, journey worth every second!

Today, I am beyond grateful to EVERYONE I interacted with, during this amazing journey of healing. Namaste!!

Detachment

Detachment
does not mean that I have forgotten you
nor have I stopped thinking of you.
This bond is far too strong.

It’s simply detachment from the need
to connect in 3D
detachment from expectations,
pre-conceived beliefs.

It’s surrender to NOW
knowing that we are One
divinely united
in the Higher self.

It’s simply living in Bliss
in Oneness.

You
Me
The Existence
We are ONE.

Awareness

Non-attachment comes with deep awareness of impermanence. Only then can we appreciate and live life to the fullest !!!

Sooner or later, we all must wake up to the Reality. Man goes through immense suffering due to attachment not realizing that everything we see, hear, touch and perceive through the five senses is only temporary. The world that we see, people, objects are going through a continuous process of change and decay. Getting attached to the temporary world is an invitation to emotional pain and misery.

The one who is “awake” will engage in his/her worldly duties with non- attachment, fully aware of the impermanence of life. Such a person lives in the world but does not allow the world to live in him/her. He/she is only an “observer” of the drama of life, while fully living in the present moment, growing through each and every experience, with gratitude.

Storms are meant to strengthen us

Storms are meant to strengthen us. When a storm comes, do not resist and break. Instead, surrender and ask yourself “What is it trying to teach me?” and learn the lesson. The storm will pass.

Grow through each storm, and one day, there will be no more storms. You will learn to surrender and observe with calm fortitude, and life will become plain sailing. Namaste !!

Be The Witness

Wake up Oh Man
Wake up from the illusion
Behold the Drama of Life
Sit back and witness.

You are merely an Actor
Nothing is in control
Let go
And let the Drama flow.

Non attachment is never a boring life!

Non attachment does not make life boring . It actually helps to celebrate every moment of life to the fullest. The celebration is not followed by misery, as there is no attachment or expectation. I never knew what happiness was until I learned to live with non-attachment. Enjoy every moment of life you have been given to live, knowing that nothing is permanent. It is a misconception to believe that non attachment means living a boring life. It is actually the other way. One can laugh, dance, sing and play and enjoy every moment of life as there is no fear of losing anything, simply because one does not own anything. Namaste !!!

Fear & Courage

Fear is the biggest obstacle in our path. The Spiritual Warrior attains his goals, not because he has no fear but because he has the courage to face the unknown !!

Nothing really grows in the Comfort zone.

Change

Change happens on its own, from within ... it could be a book, it could be an event, it could happen from nothing…. change takes its own time to happen. It’s no use forcing ourselves to change. Even if we succeed in doing that, it will be only short lived. Real change  takes real time. There is no catalyst for change. We just have to go with the flow, gracefully and gratefully. ..until one day, it suddenly happens and you find yourself bubbling with enthusiasm for life again !!!

Let’s flow with life, gracefully and with a heart full of gratitude !!!
